Beach Maternity Announcement Session | Carly Storro Photography

P & B wanted to incorporate the beach to announce the upcoming arrival of their summer baby! We lucked out with an unusually warm February afternoon and had the best time!

Throughout the session we were trying to brainstorm a creative way to add “baby boy” somewhere in their photos without just writing it in the sand and decided to keep photographing while we each thought of ideas.

Josh tagged along on this session intending to walk along the beach but after hearing us brainstorm, he instead surprised us by collecting pieces of driftwood to spell out the “baby boy” for us! It was such a creative idea and we all loved how it turned out. Utilizing the environment/location and the elements it provides is one of my favorite ways to add uniqueness to each gallery so this was right up my alley.
